Barone Pizzini Animante
Franciacorta, Italy

Franciacorta is Italy’s top sparkling wine, and the best examples offer champagne quality at relatively modest prices. The Barone Pizzini is crisp and delightfully refreshing, with red-fruit flavors that pair well with lighter dishes and salads. And it’s delicious by itself. ABV: 12 percent.
