This wine is the result of the choice towards processing methods, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, aimed at preserving the characteristics that uncontaminated nature can give to grapes.
Garnet red in color, ripe, ethereal, ample in the nose. In the mouth it is full-bodied and velvety.
Red and spicy meats, roasts, the traditional “spiedo” bresciano and game.
